Shower Filter

I never gave a second thought about water coming from our shower. We filter our drinking water but we forget that we also ingest water while we shower and while we brush our teeth. I heard that using charcoal filter in our shower, removes chlorine which can be harsh to our skin. Not only does chlorine make our skin dry, it is also harsh to our hair (so if you have thinning hair, this will definitely help!). This is especially good for kids since we inhale chlorine from the water. They are available at hardware stores and you just screw them on to your shower pipe (you don't need to replace your shower head, you can either buy the adaptor for $21 where you put in the filter or purchase the full shower head which has its own compartment for filters. Cartridges are replaced every six to eight months ($10) which you may purchase from your hardware store. For more information, visit Sprite Shower Filters.
