My doctor/allergist friend recommended NeilMed Sinus Rinse. This comes especially handy when you travel to places where the air is dry. They are available at Costco and if you run out of the solution you can substitute it with (Adults: 8 oz warm distilled water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 baking soda. Kids: 4 oz warm distilled water, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 baking soda). This is a healthier substitute than taking allergy medications and antihistamines. Also available Pediatric Rinse for kids.
