Happy New Year! Last Christmas I gave my family Therapeutica's pillows. Unlike other pillows, they are NOT made of memory foam (which has a smell and "sinks" overtime). They also come in different sizes (a measuring "ruler" is available on their site for printout to ensure proper sizing). It took me a couple of nights to get used to it. I now feel weird sleeping on a traditional pillow. Whatever New Year's resolution you have, you can't accomplish it without a good night's sleep! Update: Nov 2022 I have purchased the travel version of this pillow. I wish the neck cradle is higher but so far I do not wake up with a bad neck anymore. Some people have a hard time using this pillow so it is not for everyone. In my case, I cannot sleep without it.
